Mosaic® Lupocore™ Hops

Mosaic® Lupocore™ is a concentrated American hop product developed by Yakima Chief Hops using the proprietary Lupocore™ Process. It contains a higher concentration of lupulin and hop oils while reducing vegetal material, resulting in stronger hop aroma, improved efficiency, and a cleaner hop expression in finished beer.

Mosaic Lupocore is known for its complex tropical fruit, berry, and citrus profile. Expect intense aromas of blueberry, mango, passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and mandarin orange, supported by subtle resinous and pine notes. The result is a vibrant, juicy, and layered hop character that works exceptionally well in modern hop-forward beers.
